ExecFrontline Community Guidelines
Empowering the Frontline. Elevating the Industry.
Welcome to ExecFrontline — the premier professional network for Aerospace, Aviation, and Defense (AA&D) executives, solution providers, and operational leaders.
This community exists to share knowledge, build trusted relationships, and co-create solutions to some of the industry’s most complex challenges.
By joining, you agree to uphold the following guidelines and contribute to a high-trust, high-impact environment for your peers.
1. Respect, Integrity, and Professionalism
- Treat all members with respect and professionalism, regardless of background, experience, or perspective.
- Maintain a tone that reflects the seriousness of our industry: be clear, courteous, and constructive.
- We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks.
- Uphold the community’s reputation through every interaction.
2. Constructive Contribution and Leadership
- Share insights, expertise, and resources that add value to others.
- Offer constructive, respectful feedback — challenge ideas, not individuals.
- Avoid spamming, clickbait, or excessive self-promotion. Promotions are welcome only when they are relevant, clearly disclosed, and beneficial to the community.
3. Active Participation is Expected
ExecFrontline is not a passive directory — it is a working leadership forum.
All members are encouraged to:
- Post questions, share experience, and contribute insight.
- Comment meaningfully on others’ posts.
- Attend or organize events, discussions, or roundtables.
- Participate in coaching programs, learning cohorts, and courses.
- Volunteer as moderators, facilitators, or working group leaders.
Participation fuels value. Lurking limits it.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Do not share confidential, export-controlled, or classified information.
- Respect business and legal boundaries — protect your employer’s and client’s data.
- Comply with relevant privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, CCPA).
- Never solicit confidential or proprietary information from other members.
5. Regulatory Compliance and Industry Standards
ExecFrontline members operate in regulated and security-sensitive industries.
Your content and conduct must comply with applicable frameworks, including:
- United States: ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS, FCPA
- European Union: GDPR, EU Dual-Use Regulations, Procurement Directives
- United Kingdom: UK GDPR, Export Control Act, Bribery Act
- International: OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, UN Procurement Integrity Principles
Use your judgment and always err on the side of discretion and legality.
6. Marketplace and Collaboration Etiquette
- When offering or contracting services, act with transparency and clarity.
- Define scope, expectations, and pricing upfront.
- Uphold quality standards in all service or project work — you represent yourself and ExecFrontline.

7. Networking and Peer-to-Peer Engagement

- ExecFrontline reserves the right to take any action necessary to preserve the integrity of the community.
